What secures my date?
A ₱500 non-refundable reservation fee and ₱1,000 security deposit are required. The remaining balance is payable on or before the event day.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You may rebook with at least seven days’ notice. With less than seven days’ notice, the reservation fee is forfeited.
What if supplied equipment is damaged or lost?
Clients are responsible for applicable repair or replacement costs for MemoReels equipment.
